Thanks! Yes its been quite a while gathering all of these and im always looking for more to add that havent been stripped in any way. I imagine most of these were homecoming uniforms given the amount of combat patches. I dont have any trousers but i do have some boonies and other patrol style caps that were worn with them. Thanks for the reply! -

Just to tie this back to yellowhammer's original post, there are tan first aid pouches marked SAA but I've never seen on except for the Natick Labs pictures. Tim -

The M65 liner has some Arabic hand written but the jacket isn't marked with anything that would point to being Saudi issued except for the contract date. -

Sorry....I didn't clarify that comment. I was typing and thinking, but not thinking about my typing. Information relayed to me about the unit being from Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD is spurious. I've never found a homeland connection to the activities of this unit in Vietnam. If you can show otherwise, please let me know. The unit is definitely obscure and does not show up in the Order of Battle. -

The DSA contract numbers make these items appear to be US issue. -

Nice group of chips, my favorite camo pattern, wish I had collected them when I was at Bragg, Stewart and others. After the parades and homecomings these uniforms were cheap as chips, many went into the dumpster. I have one from every branch in both DBDU and DCU with insignia, and a few more steriles. The USCG was hard to find in both patterns as are the ODU's with patches. Do you have the trousers and boonies as well? Cheers, Armygas -

The M65 is not marked SAA but it is 1976 contract dated. The canteen is not marked either but the cup is. Tim
