Hi All,   Obtained this CBI grouping from the vet’s grandson via eBay. T/5 Wayne Nay served as a rifleman and worked with horses from what his grandson told me. My thoughts is he served with the 124th Cav but until the 1945 morning reports show up his unit will be a bit of a mystery.

Hi @patches  I can’t believe it, but I actually found a matching disc in my “other stuff” bin. I’ll need to check the batteries in my smoke alarms, my luck is sure to run out soon haha   thank you for the advice on the infantry cord too. I actually hadn’t thought of that since WWII uniforms are more my specialty. I will certainly keep an eye out for one now.
