Nice Dave. Looks very well built and I like the shape of the handle and the blade. -

Have you ever seen a British Made M1938 Dispatch Case dated other than 1945? Mine is 1945 too and I donot recall ever seeing one with an earlier date… -

Found this thing in a box of random stuff. I'm thinking it might be US civil war. Unfortunately there's only one. Maybe somebody out there has another one they get paired up with... Anybody have a estimation on value of it.,...thanks -

I'm the current owner of this jacket. After examining it in hand, I have no doubt that it's legitimate. The jump wings with a star relate to Operation Northern Delay (March 26, 2003). The humeral pockets are a modification commonly seen on uniforms worn by soldiers of the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team stationed at Ederle Camp in Vicenza, Italy. You can find several photos of this particular variant online when looking into Task Force Bayonet, led by Col. Owens, which departed from Aviano Air Base on February 25, 2005, heading to Afghanistan under Regional Command South to maintain control over the provinces of Zabul, Kandahar, Helmand, and Nimruz. -

Hey David, This one is yours if you want it. It is the 6' (180cm) version and was recently dug out from the area around Knokke, Belgium. Some rust but all complete; should clean up nicely. Come and pick it up, or I could bring it to Ciney, or will be in the region of Gorinchem early May.. -

Lots of "army surplus stores" nowadays sell a lot of modern tactical gear and other survival gear rather than military surplus. Wade -

I'm not going into that office. You got an SOF Op going on and I don't need to get caught in the middle. 😄 Excellent display. Semper Fi. Manny -

Thank you Lars. I humbly appreciate the recognition. I have to say I put my heart into this diorama. I just hope that I can help other modelers with my work. Just like you and Dennis. Thanks again. Semper Fi. Manny -
