Hey Scott. There is an easy way to take it out with no damage. I’m sure someone has posted a video about it on YouTube, but it’s better than prying it out with a knife, etc.. If you can’t find any videos on how to do it, let me know and I can send you a quick clip on how to do it. Always good to do as there may be an Id written behind the image or something tucked behind it as that was popular to do. Paul -

I found these on my old farm. What a surprise. Occupation title search date back to the early 1800'S but I've found relics that go farther back than that. No research has indicated any military activity but there was military movement all around the counties here. -

More full color 196th Infantry Brigade SSI worn in Vietnam in 1972 when the unit was back once again an independant brigade after the Americal Division had been deactivated. -

The cannon ball is three inches and the grape shot are one inch. There are probably more but the weather came in and froze everything solid shortly after I found the grape shot. And of course I have a farm to take care of too. They was about 20 feet between the ball and the shot. -
