Thanks very much folks! Joe, this was my first Rye Field model. To start with the price, It´s about 60,- Euro what I think is more than fair for such a kit. The fitting precision is good, in some few cases it could be better. The detail is amazing, many PE parts, a full metal gun barrel etc. Because of the many tiny parts it´s not easy to build (e.g. the CROWS MG system consits of 48 parts). My main point of criticism are the tracks. Yet I have NO idea how to build them as intended but maybe it´s just me... In sum a great kit well worth the money.

. Hi Kevin,   Sorry can't help you with identifying the vehicle that uses the spark plugs you bought, I can't recall which vehicles are covered by the LV6 code on the master pack.  LV7 is for wartime Jeeps as witnessed by these old tags that I held onto, note AWO which I believe stands for American Willys Overland.   The G503 seen on the top tag is understood by most enthusiasts to be Jeep related.     Norman D. Hello everyone,   I recently came into possession of what appears to be Raymond B. Loomer’s original 1942 US Navy Pocket Bible, including a handwritten signature inside.   I would be very happy to learn more about this object and its history. If anyone from the family, or anyone familiar with Raymond Loomer’s handwriting or personal items, would be willing to help verify the signature or share information, I would truly appreciate it.   Most importantly, I wanted the family to know that this historical item exists and is being carefully preserved.   Thank you

Here is a 26 foot USN Motor Whaleboat builders plate from 1942. Built in Portsmouth Naval Yard NH.   Nowadays Portsmouth Naval shipyard is in Maine, not to be confused with Norfolk Naval shipyard which is in Portsmouth Va. 😂
