I never saw that. The properties and colors of the two fabrics were noticeably different, especially after several washings. The OG507s didn't get starched. -

I've checked on there different times and found some. They're always on there & probably is where I'll buy a couple. Strange how the Garand M5's and M16 M7's are so common, but I guess the M14 which took the M6 saw limited use year wise. It's a great gun, but I also collect FN FAL stuff, which competed with the M14 in the 50's in US military trials for adoption as our main arm and came close, but politically it was a little too close to WW2 for relying on a European gun maker in Belgium.
