Only one of us retiring, I can't see me stopping any time soon although probably be taking Jane out with me on some of my trips buying and delivering. Luckily we've been working in the same space since covid and Jane has been working from home most days since then. Not felt the need to strangle each other yet. Her office did a nice send off for her. Tenby time beckons plus a visit to see how the Anson is getting on, have a box of bits for it. Jane and the family walk around Carew Castle and I get to play aeroplanes for a couple of hours. -

I have some other model work I have posted on this site if you are interested. In my experience, painting and building models is way more about technique and experience than talent. The talent I think is imagining a unique scene then Using the skills and technique to build it. -

Hi OD. I put the decals on while they are still on the spruce trees because it’s more stable and I can lay it flat. Water transfer decals are fun to apply and bring the model to life but they require a real steady hand. After applied, I put on a couple coats of clear, flat spray. This seals them in and takes off the glare. -

What a great movie. If I was the director would have let him wear his own ribbon bars for the movie-- maybe he did??? I think most of the ribbon pictured he indeed earn in WW2. Thanks for posting. -
