Also for the smaller sized uniforms consider children size torso forms (age 12) work well. -

Thanks for the help but I was wondering 286th C.A the reason why certain uniforms you have are wrapped up in plastic. I’ve seen other collectors with it but I’ve always been curious why. Does it involve a issue with moths or fading? -

This is the 800th MPs in Kyoto and Kobe during occupied Japan, my grandfather was in the same unit so I have a similar patch, though yours has the top attachedwhere his the top and bottom were separated. He took a bunch of pictures so if that patch was from a relative of yours they may be in the pictures. -

Nah, german silver is nickel based and has a yellow tint to it. -
