I’ve only had one patch similar to this one that I found in the 1990s. This patch came out of the woodwork today at a yard sale in a bag full of patches that had been collected years ago by someone in the family. -

From what I can see, and we would need better pictures, it is a WW2 era CC flag plus some rope edge signal flags. The eagle on the flag is the earlier type but this type was used after WW2 as well. If you can get ID of the owner, that would help narrow it down. -
