Basically, what someone will pay. Some buyers will pay more depending on the weapon or list of items . Also some will pay more if its linked or identified to a specific unit the veteran served in or the unit the officer was from that signed the paper. I see them sell or sit unsold for $40 to $50 on an average. If they have flags or small items listed people buy them and make "groupings" these days/ -

Hi everyone, got this sidecap many years ago and would like to find out exactly what it might be. Initially I thought it was a veterans cap for a Mexican pilot of the 201 squadron attached to US forces during WW2, given the prominent US shield patch with MEXICO written on it, but I am not sure. It is also my understanding that the VFW does not admit non citizens, but not sure if that was the case back then. Would appreciate your thoughts and advice and if anyone has seen something similar thank you! -

Hey guys, I recently bought a footlocker belonging to Captain Lev G. Forquer. In it was his uniform jacket, officer's cap, leggings, map case, desk placards, and this bag. I couldn't find out much information on it. What can you all tell me about it? What would be a good value on it? I know it was made at the Jeffersonville Quartermaster Depot (my home town!). Any information would be greatly appreciated! JQMD -
