These three look better but the last one as other claimed already does have the uncanny look of a stylized parachute. Hell it even kind of looks like those WWII Chinese OSS wings I've seen before. The judge is out on these. -

These arw the only photos I have, unfortunately. The buttons are clearly replacements. But could this be a shawl collar Navy jacket? The remants of a tag are in the inside, bottom back. It ceetainly looks like one to me. -

I don't know KFC happened to the three metal wings but it appears that at some point someone decided that they wanted to embellish feathering details by incising the hell out of them. Maybe trying the create aka: "Harry Wings", what evers and as promised are here in detailed pixs.
