I don't have an answer to your question because I'm not an expert on tiger stripe camouflage boonie hats but I would guess that the odds of coming across one is slim as I kept this photograph of someone's collection of fifteen different tiger stripe boonie hats and they all have tiger stripe loops. -

Don't know enough, but love the patch. Hope it's authentic. Been looking for a troop carrier patch myself for a while. Have you tried the UV test? -

Hello, Just trying to identify the possible era for these two insignia. Both are sterling with pin clutches. How can you tell if they are WW2 era or post-war? Thanks!
