Yes I got wet to the skin five times today.   Rain storms arrived yesterday lasted over-night and continued this morning,  I had a pre-arranged rendezvous with visiting UK friends so I headed out in the Jeep, only one of the people I was meeting owns a Jeep the rest of his travelling companions are 1970's Triumph sports-car owners and he wanted them to see my Jeep.  It rained almost all day , I think I was about the only Jeep at the Collins Museum with no canvas hood or windscreen. Hi earlymb,    yes same Jeep,  same me, different hair, different location, different pipes player. yes he likes the story of his father and other photos I have shared of his father .  The sad thing is you never think that these war veterans will no longer be with us one day. I never asked my parents enough questions of their lives, and the early years of my life, I am not certain if I was born in hospital or at home, and many other questions.     Norman D. I just can't stop staring at that windshield in the upright position...😮   Did the hinges creak when you put it up? 🤭   Is it still the same jeep too? I bet John liked to hear that story about his dad!
