Blitz67 I believe they meant in the Latest Finds section. I figured I could ask here as it is a recent find. I figured it wouldn't be too much of a problem. I've seen quite a few photos of Marines not zipping up their flaks, and even if I needed to I could just button it up. Looks the part, at least. Thanks for the response, and the references! Wade -

Agreed... for those who have knowledge to spot things right away. What I came up with from the info provided. OK, from the UN Korean Defense Service medal/award to the right. Agreed French, right to left: Medal of a Liberated France '39-'45, Military Health Service Honor Medal, 1939-1945 Commemorative War Medal. Then Belguim: Commemorative Medal of the War 1940–1945 and the last one ?? Quite a history with this soldier. -

They all look like French WW2 awards and that is pretty easy to research. -

One thought came to mind as they could be possibly state awards. Still VERY curious to find out what they could be. -

MWDVET: Hayes Otopaulik has two numbered discs that match what you're looking for. One near the top has the number "3," and near the bottom is another numbered "5." https://www.hayesotoupalik.com/WW1 U.S. Collar Discs.htm -

That's an interesting observation as it seems to me that Navy items; swords, daggers/dirks, headgear and uniforms specifically seem to be more expensive when it comes to other countries. British and German come to mind initially! Lance -

Thank you. I think Studley also had quality copies made of old US medals.
