I am happy to hear that my research allowed you to recognize this one for what it is. Knowledge is power, as they say. Yes, that is a laundry tag, the patch above the pocket is what’s called a ruptured duck, these are sewn on very late it immediately post war to signify honorable discharge, and the shoulder patch on the left shoulder is an army service forces patch.

Hey guys I know the 6th armored patch and rank patches but what are these other ones? And what do they signify? Looks like a laundry tag on the bottom?

There will be an indoor militaria show and outdoor vendors. Lots of military vehicles on display and demonstrating along with a living history encampment. At the World War II American Experience Museum in Gettysburg, PA 17325. July 25-27.

I think it’s from Vietnam?   in all seriousness, a “guess” for me would be 67 or 68 produced, there’s really no way to know without a tag, it has a nice patch though and it has the “been there” look, I like it 👍
