There is not a single person with the last name YOUGREN that shows up in Find A Grave, so that leads me to believe that what you have here is one of the pendants with an engraving error that was sold off for scrap. Hope this helps. Allan -

Not sure if the engraving is officially done or privately done. Not sure of the era of which the purple heart is from, WW2 or later. I had bought this many years ago, I could not find that name. Any help is much appreciated! -
