To be honest, it looks like corrosion to me or maybe a bad recast?  Very unusual to my eye

Found this going through a pile. They have toggle style closures and crush velvet collars.  Corduroy  material in the pockets.

There is one of these on Ebay ..But it looks original ..This is a copy ..Mine is original ..I dont believe its a SAC Bomb Command patch..But who knows lol

Is there a source for Mk2 grenade fuze gaskets?  I know that I could use a considerable number of them as over the years they seemed to get lost or broken.
