Hello everyone,   i am back with some new items :   -HS 30 U headset and a JK 26 cord to complete the Wilson helmet -dust m1 respirator - a 7 3/8 spalding helmet equiped with a pair of R14 radio speakers inc. receivers, but with no cord - a 7 1/2 Rawlings helmet equiped with a corded R14 radio speakers inc. receivers     i noticed 2 variations of the Rawlings patent, have you guys ever noticed it too ? or its just a visual effect of the 6 mismatched with a 8 ? I notice, the loop on the S of Rawlings reaches the L on the 130.878 patent and not on the 130.678 patent   130.878 and 130.678         hope you enjoyed   Cheers   Erwan

Hey everybody.    I was wondering if anyone has any photos or examples of modified flak vests.    I heard that the plates in earlier contract 3/4 flaks shifted and sunk down, does anyone have any (or any photos of any) that may have been modified to prevent this?    Thanks!    Wade

Yes it says Bavarian Forestry Police. I had that pointed out to me.

Not sure if I am seeing it properly, but does that have the Bavarian Police marking on the left action rail? Seems to and the other markings seem to indicate the German use post-WW2.

Great pictures and thank you for the info. I am going to add the Devil Dog photo to my USMC wall. Do you know the name of the farm by any chance ?

Came across this cool photo, a publicity portrait of Charlton Heston as Colonel George Taylor in the 1968 Planet of the Apes, it is done in the manner one sees with many real life later 1980s NASA portraits, the ones without Astronaut in outer space gear.

Nice find...FB Market Place is like anywhere else...you have to keep checking and it will eventually pay off....but it can be aggravating trying to deal with some people that are trying to become independently wealthy with something ordinary.   Mark sends

I picked up this named Ike jacket today for what I think was a reasonable price. I often look through FB but rarely see anything worthwhile or things that are ridiculously priced. The "Thundering Herd" tab looks theater made. Comments are welcome!

I use a pair of 1960's US Air Force Artic Boots, a pair of WWII USN water proof coveralls and my Father-In-Laws WWII A-9 Jacket when I  do my winter snow shoveling and use my snow blower.  They keep me dry and warm.
