Adolph Nicholas Michael Tryba I think he was assigned at one time to the 39th C.A. Brigade which was Coastal Artillery but his later job was that of Civil Engineer. Hope this helps. Thank you everyone for your input. One last thing, note the folds at the bottom of the jumper and the double folds on the arms. Pure speculation but this may have been mounted in a shadow box at one time. Thank again Tom -
