Hello from France. Have recently  seen on Ebay U.S an hatchet cover new old stock , Rock Island Arsenal 5.15 dated, however its full kaki color , am really surprised by this shade  at this time an equipment not in "pea green . I am collector of  U.S  early  1890 to 1916  field gear , all my gear dated 1914 to 1916  are in" pea green ", i have often see some gear two tone 1915/ 16 dated, like haversack. But some of you know the subject better than i do . Sorry, but have some issue for send the photo file. I try late .

. Hi Johan,   Yes I love that bunch of Jerrycan straps, although the buckle may be different the four rivets holding the strap to the buckle are almost identical, well certainly the fact there's four and the spacing appears identical.  I would have also bought those if I had seen them for sale.     Norman D. Thank you Kat.  The WASP's and all the other women that took an important role in the war deserve so much more attention.  They were ALL awesome!

Wonderful!  As you probably know this website has a sister website for posting militaria from other countries, where you could post your Italian items.  Look forward to seeing your postings!    And you're the first person I've spoke to from the famous city of Turin!
