I've already seen two of these on eBay this year. I think sellers often don't realize what they are and buyers scroll by without a close look. I picked one up for $20. -

I have this one in my collection. Could be evidence that the production was hampered and many 13th Woolies were unable to be distributed to the 13th Armored Division. Just my opinion. -

One patch that was hard for me to find in decent condition was a wool 13th AD. Not sure if they are rare or I just missed them. Finally got the opportunity to upgrade recently. -

Here's a couple more examples of name tapes made overseas. The first is one that was made in Iraq during OIF. Note how the letters are not quite even. The second one is on colored background with the name written in cursive. (I'll try to see if I can find the uniform pictured and take a closer picture of it.)
