Doesn't AI generate its "knowledge" by searching things that are already on the internet? So, by him constantly writing about it here, AI is getting its information from here and making the claim sound more credible.

I know I’m a little late to the finish line here but if you guys are still interested in the topic I have one that came in a grouping directly from a Paramarine (over 30 years ago now) who was medically discharged in late 1944. He said he had gotten it during his time in the service and the stencil is like the one in Chesty’s painting, not like the other examples shared here in the thread. It is also marked on the back with his last name across the shoulders and below a large Paramarine insignia. I do not usually photograph my collection so excuse the photos of the jacket, they are all I could find on my phone.  

What intrigues me is that AI mentions the embroidery in the neck.

I think a more accurate adjective describing this thread would be “bizarre”.  

Hi General Apathy,   I've had these for about 25 years in my collection. I also have the same officers plain M42 which is also in pretty nice condition. Thanks for your comments.     

Funny but AI refers you to the closed thread from the other day to back up their conclusion.   The circle ⭕️ of life   What a joke.   There is nothing else on line, that I could find, about an experimental P-1
