I think, that @RKurz will not respond to any of the valid questions asked. At this point, it seems like the whole point of this discussion is for him to throw dirt at forum members, who offered advise, and for him to ignore questions and help with identification. IF he will post in this thread again, I doubt, that you or anyone else, who asked questions, will receive an answer...

Maybe, when the current wars wrap up, the international community will have time to take up the  matter of your rare shirt? 🤣
