. Sadly it's impossible to save everything. Visiting a street flea market there was a plastic tray of enamelled street signs , all of them showing wartime dates. These were all post war street names honouring men that had probably served in the French resistance and lost their lives during the occupation. Back home I googled the name on the first plaque shown and he died aged 49 in 1944, a member of the Black mountain free corps. Maybe it would be a nice memorial to these men to see an entire wall in a museum displaying all of these. Norman D. Landing, Forum Normandy Correspondent, 21 April 2O26. .. -

. Hi mikie, I thought you would have used a pun when you responded to that, maybe along the lines of, he could ' chalk that one up ' as another job done 😂 😂 Norman D. Landing, Forum Normandy Correspondent, 21 April 2O26. .. -

Personally, I believe this sea bag is totally legit for all the reasons Gear Fanatic states. There are many better ways to make this bag a highly desirable Raider item. Just my opinion. -

Once again…. I… AM… Not buying any more buckles! I wish that statement was correct. On line purchase at a reasonable price. Un-named Submariner’s buckle. pretty simplistic but interesting design. Enjoy. -

I picked this set up about a year ago- jacket and shirt matching laundry number. Wondering what they might run and if they would sell more as a set or individually. I haven't been able to identify the soldier. Thanks! -

Still a great set. Both pieces are valuable on their own however it's a great looking set as is. (plausible they were matched in the late 19th century) -

Thank you. I agree, it looks like a civil war buckle with Indian wars belt.
