Nah, german silver is nickel based and has a yellow tint to it. -

There was a army surplus store in Chattanooga but they apparently closed in December. There's a place not far from there in Fort oglethorpe Georgia called the history company. Aside from that I don't know, never really gone anywhere in Tennessee besides Chattanooga. -

Well for $25. save all the trouble..Ha maniquiens take up a lot of space if your limited. these store fixtures are not too expensive. My solution. -

Could be German silver, looks too shinny to be lead. The hardware does resemble German.
