Hello Guys,  yesterday we found the dog tag from James D Erskine. The place was Huertgen Forest.  The No is: 0-402180. It may be an Officer? More Information: Mrs J D Erskine Cold Srpin Harbor Love Island NY.   Unfortunately the No ist not find in NARA.    Have you further information for us? Is he coming back to US after World War II? Here you go, there’s 24 in the left side on the back of the cover on the left side, and there’s 22 or 20 in the same orientation and rows on the right part of the seam. There like little upside down triangles, all pretty messy and sole are lopsided and taller or wider.

Check the button backmarks.  They may be marked Paris, or not marked at all.  Both of which would be indictive of French manufacture.  Most uniforms I've had in that shade have been French made. If they are standard US made buttons then it's more likely it was made in the US. 

Honestly I can't make those out. Zoom in really tight on those.

Hello everyone, I have a small collection of WWII uniforms and want to hang them better. I know that laying them out flat is better, but I’m limited in space so that won’t be an option. I was wondering if anybody knew where to find wide, padded hangers as I have been unsuccessful in finding some.  Thanks
