Can anyone identify the trucks in this picture postcard (definitely dates from the 1910's due to AZO stamp box design)?  Are these simple "Liberty" trucks?  I'm assuming these are military due to the amount present in the photo and I found this along with a Camp Wadsworth, SC photo postcard in a stack of old photos.  Any help would be appreciated.

It's a Pre-WW2 Navy anti-aircraft round....In 1942 this round was replaced by the 20mm Oerlikon and the 40mm Bofors rounds.....Used in the 1.1"/75 Quad Mount AA gun which was to become considered as an obsolete design....Bodes    

This is apparently the final configuration of one of the M4 Medium Tanks captured by the 10th SS Panzer Division Frundsberg at the Battle of Herrlisheim in January 1945 in the Alsace with the destruction of the 12th Armored Division's 714th Tank Battalion and the 56th Armored Infantry Battalion and attachments.    These Shermans were taken along when Frundsberg was transferred to the Russian Front in February 1945, and we guess used till they were either destroyed themselves in action and or abandoned for lack of gas etc, do believe there wasn't a shortage of US 75mm shells for its cannon nor spare parts, considering the large amount of Lead Lease Shermans the Germans captured from the Red Army, so that wouldn't be a real factor in abandoning them.   With that 513 on the side, means this one is in the 5th Company II Battalion of the 10th SS Panzer Regiment, the battalion that had the Panzer Mark IVs, so its possible all the Shermans may of been assigned to this one company,

The other thing that comes to mind is something to do with Camp Adair in Oregon where the Division formed up and trained, no idea what the L would be for, so it's just speculation based on the Division's history. I am still leaning towards Alsace-Lorraine as a sort of reunion or morale patch.     Scott

Does the rear glow?

It's "yard sailing season" here in "Pure Michigan" spotted this after several stops prior.  A September 1941 dated 75 caliber MK1 Navy round.  Not my cup of tea but I couldn't leave it behind.  If anyone knows more about it, please share.  I will probably post it the Ordinance Section as well.      Thanks for looking!   OD
