MYSTERY POCKET HANGER.....VIETNAM? MP? South Vietnamese Nationalists Police

Anyone ever seen this ....fairly generic COAT OF ARMS design.....ie, center upright sword, wreath, lower scroll.....center shield has RVN national colors (orange-red stripes on yellow).....typical theater made pocket hanger w/ plastic covering and leather breast pocket button hanger.

definitely theater made.....thought it was M.P., but after scrolling thru several MP imagery.....cannot effect a match-up.....

 

basically WHITE THREAD on OG 107 backing.....obviously hand-embroidered....

any leads or direction would be appreciated....thanks

so....definitely in that time period
