I saw a story on the news where police and eod were called to a school because someone saw a grenade near the school. It turned out to be a dog poop bag holder.

I wonder why they decided to make a realistic grenade the holder for dog waste bags?

Yup, No shortage of you know what for brains.   The kind that would give their urchins super realistic looking "play" weapons and then drop them off in a busy park to romp  around.
