Ronnie Posted November 28, 2022 #1 Posted November 28, 2022 I picked up this nice fixed bail M1 with an unpainted A washer Westinghouse Liner on Friday. Got it in the parking lot before it ever made it to the show. Also found a US Navy Dixie Cup Cap that had been dyed blue/gray. The show was a good one. Ronnie
sgtdorango Posted November 29, 2022 #4 Posted November 29, 2022 Love the cap too, cool how its rolled like that on the edges, i wonder how they did it?....mike
Ronnie Posted November 29, 2022 Author #5 Posted November 29, 2022 Easy Mike.....wet the sides that you want to turn down. Turn them down and put something on it to force the sides down until they dry. I did this. I put a headset on it and let it dry. Here is a photo of my dad’s cap with a headset on it.
