Any books on evolution of m1910 canteens and cups?

Does anyone know of a book on m1910 canteens and cups?

This is the best book I know of. Might be hard to find now though.

Does that one go into detail differences in the early pre 1918 canteens?

Yes it does. Talks about the spun canteens, flat tops, variations, makers, etc. great info on the various covers as well, it is really pretty comprehensive and I really don’t know of another book that covers the same subject.

I learned most of what you might want to know on this forum. Search for "canteens" and start going through the threads. There is a lot of information here, just not distilled into book form.
