gwb123 Posted October 16, 2017 Share #5 Posted October 16, 2017 Phase 4 of flight training or something like that, if I recall correctly. I may be wrong.
Toughguy Posted March 1 Share #6 Posted March 1 It’s a solo wing from flight school worn on a baseball the color of the flight/class like yellow flight. You had it sewn on the cap after successfully completing a solo flight. I soloed with yellow flight but got set back to red flight due to an illness. easterneagle87 Posted March 1 Share #7 Posted March 1 I was initially Gray Flight, then got set back to Orange Flight as I had trouble with the instrument phase.
Toughguy Posted March 1 Share #8 Posted March 1 Not fun going to a new flight, but it happens. I was there in 1980. Instruments, definitely a hand full for sure. What do you collect?
