Interesting, very narrow circumstances that could lead to ACU and PASGT at the same time, National Guard?

 

I've got a couple in my collection as well, both vet direct. He was in various civil affairs units during his time in. In the second pic, you can see his name on the headband. Here is an the info one guy gave me:

Thanks for asking. This helmet went with me to Kuwait in 2007. I had already had it a long time as this was my personal helmet, not what they issued me. While in Kuwait I was assigned to the Humanitarian Operations Center...so me and my helmet hit the road making on humanitarian missions in Iraq and Horn of Africa. Made a few airborne jumps with this helmet (hence the shock pad); however those were all training jumps, no combat jumps. Been out a few years now...helmet just collecting dust now....hope to find someone that can use it."
