seieng this in open water is just great ...........it just floats like a rubber gator !

 

Note the colors , this is just how it looked in WW2 .

This belongs to Tom Price in B.G. Ohio. He's about 30 minutes south of me. I remember when this sat by his pond, just a rusty hulk. He really outdid himself on this one. :thumbsup:

Thanks lads ............it was a once in a life time experience .........

thats why I posted the pictures of the splashing !!

 

and the noise .....was like a fully loaded bus engine booming in your ears ...you had to shout to make yourself heard .

Thank you very much for sharing. That's excellent vehicle. Do you know how many Gators still remain fully serviceable in collectors' hands? Do you know if this specimen you posted took part in the HBO's Pacific miniseries?
