36-tex Posted May 17, 2012 #1 Posted May 17, 2012 I received about 5 of these things and do not know what they are for sure. They look like the bullion stars you find on the cuffs of USN officers of the line, but that is just a guess. Thanks for the help and these are available for trade or sell.
