I believe you are right. Those look like a sweetheart piece to me.

I am sure I have seen at least one of these in the past, but can not remember. I will go thru my sweetheart stuff and see if I can locate it.

This is a employees badge / wing for the Los Angeles Searchlight Company used during WWII. There are three different patterns of this wing.
