4th Miss Cav Posted December 3, 2019 Share #1 Posted December 3, 2019 Had a call out of the blue today and they wanted to know if I was interested in any old silver coins and some Confederate currency. Well that was an easy choice for me to make. Picked up 24 Morgan silver dollars with Indian War and Spanish American War dates, between 50 and 60 WWII dated half dollars, 4 Confederate notes, 3 Mercury dimes, and a 1 dollar U S note with Hawaii on the back. Morgan's to me are just beautiful coins and most of them are New Orleans Mint produced. Most of the halves are Philadelphia marked.

Brian Keith Posted January 7, 2020 Share #3 Posted January 7, 2020 Nice! I have a Hawaii marked one dollar note my Father saved from when he served there during the Korean war. BKW
jeb137 Posted January 7, 2020 Share #4 Posted January 7, 2020 nice pick up. I try to pick up a few Morgans' or Peace dollars each year. Maybe a fifty cent piece or two. I hope you got a good deal getting them all as a group purchase. Jon B. Newaygo MI
