Yes, as ocs statted, today its called the 9th Theater Support Command.

But your patch you have, a Flat Edge, yes, it will be from the 1960s, worn when unit was on Okinawa or during the Vietnam War in Thailand.

A Compound Sign in Thailand 1968, note the 9th Log Cmd patch there on it with other units stationed here..
