You had the tube with the bipod, the tube had a strap, and then you had to carry the sight in a rubberized bag like this one. But its been a long time. By the time the dragon showed up I was team leader and never had to carry it. Most of the time, one guy would carry the tube and another would carry the sight. Looks familiar. Any stampings on it?
