Would appreciate DUI ID help

I got a large lot of these and have had fun learning about them and hunting for what they are. Here are the ones that have me stumped. Any help is appreciated!

4.  May be an engineer unit

 

5.  109th Field Artillery

 

6.  103rd Quartermaster

Number two looks like it might be for an Military Police unit.

The HQ was garrisoned in Ettlingen, Germany with sub-units in Mannheim, Grafenwoehr, Bad-Kreuznach, Zuffenhausen and Kaiserslautern.

Thanks very much! I’m so happy to be here and really appreciate the help!  I was in Germany as a kid w father in the military- I remember going to some of those places. Thanks again to all!
