OSS Agent ID Badge

Was wondering if anyone has additional information on this. From what I could find, OSS Agent ID Badge appropriately numbered. Not my piece, but said I'd ask around for the person. Will be for sale, so they were seeking a valuation. I'd assume several hundred dollars for these.

I'm wondering if this one is British made due to the pin and clasp similarity to British produced jump wings.

Thanks!

Looks great to me. The great Les Hughes talks about these at length on his OUTSTANDING website- http://www.insigne.org/OSS-agent-badge.htm

Thanks Allan! I was on that site as well. Interesting history on these, and it seems quite challenging to put a valuation on them.

I have only ever seen this come up for sale once back in 2020 and it sold for 910 dollars.  The other one was identical to this one with the same size fount thick letter and numbers of A29.

Well it's at $830 already in the first 7 hours so that record is likely going to be blown away...

I guess we're the "very knowledgeable collectors in the area" he refers to

Well I posted it here for him and I think he posted it a couple other places. I know he contacted the OSS society or vice versa and they gave him some info, mostly regurgitated as to what we found already.
