donaldnol Posted February 11, 2022 #1 Posted February 11, 2022 i have seen this hallmark before on one of my shooting medals a S in a circle, anyone have an idea about this one, the list of manufactures page on this form says it's unidentifide ?
Basic Rifleman Posted February 11, 2022 #2 Posted February 11, 2022 For some reason I remember this one being (perhaps incorrectly) attributed to Susco/Sugarman in the past. I've seen this on badges/insignia mainly from the 1970's, so I suppose (technically) there should be IOH marks, not just a circled letter "S"

MikeK Posted February 11, 2022 #4 Posted February 11, 2022 This old link is always good to refer to: https://www.wartimecollectables.com/hallmarks-of-us-badges---insignia.html Silverman in this case.
donaldnol Posted March 30, 2022 Author #5 Posted March 30, 2022 i found more circle S on my colonel eagles
triplecanopy Posted September 2, 2022 #6 Posted September 2, 2022 Circle S is one of E. & H. Simons hallmarks. See photos of older US Army flight wings. Looks like this dates from 1967.
