mysterious Badge

Hi to all

 

got this badge and don't know if it is military or not ,on the globe there are inscriptions like  Asia, Africa,Australia, Europe in the back in small there is   written London and Japanese

does anyone has a idea?

Doesn't look US military to me.

I believe it is a British Royal Marine collar badge.

That's what it is as numbersix stated, its the bottom part of a two piece Royal Marine Cap Badge, vintage of your part is unknown to us.

 

Here's one, it says Officers, without giving a time period for it, also not sure if only officers wore a two piece cap badge only.
