Scottz63 Posted March 18, 2021 #1 Posted March 18, 2021 At least that's what I think it is? Won it in an local on-line auction last night and just now picked it up. It's maker marked Enger-Kress on the back upper left. It's in pretty good shape, still pretty soft and pliable. Got it for pretty cheap. I like it. :)
OLDNAVYNUKESPOOK Posted March 18, 2021 #2 Posted March 18, 2021 Way to go! Great shape. So many have that lower snap fail or the strap becomes so brittle it breaks. Stitches look to be excellent, too. You did good!
Scottz63 Posted March 18, 2021 Author #3 Posted March 18, 2021 Thank you! Everything is good to go on it. All the stitching and snaps are good. A bit of the green verdigre on the snaps, I'll get that off. The strap is in very good shape. Soft, pliable, and no cracks in it. Lucked out on this one.
thorin6 Posted March 19, 2021 #4 Posted March 19, 2021 To follow up on Old Navy, don't try to unsnap the lower (belt) band. The snap (male end) is very weakly attached to the holster, and you will eventually pull it out. They can be replaced but it isn't an easy process.
Scottz63 Posted March 19, 2021 Author #5 Posted March 19, 2021 Got it, thanks. I did once already, but will not again.
silverplate Posted March 21, 2021 #7 Posted March 21, 2021 Nice to see one in that condition. Congrats.
