Timberwolf Posted May 25, 2020 #1 Posted May 25, 2020 A bit late on posting this, but this was my one keeper find from the SOS. Named to a Cpl. J.F. Wiswall of the 1st Separate Engineer Bn. where he served as a carpenter, and participated in the Okinawa Campaign. The SSI is theater made and has an interesting construction which I really can’t narrow down but more than likely Chinese made during occupation? Hope you all enjoy!

The uniform also just had the one set of corporal chevrons on it as well. Interesting wartime measure done at times.
