24th_infantry Posted July 19, 2015 Share #1 Posted July 19, 2015 I picked up this really nice naval grouping the other day. Something was calling me to the dress blue uniform. When I went over to it I noticed it was medical and named to M. Milton Goldberg, md. All this uniforms are named. The dress blue uniform's tag is dated August 1941 and I believe says "Hall Beach" on the bottom. The grouping came with the dress blues with pants and sewn on ribbons, dress blue double breasted overcoat, and two khaki jackets with one having the shoulder boards. Inside the overcoat I found a pack of matched from the Commissioned officer's Club in Norfolk. I thought it was a really interesting grouping and will be fun to research this doctor. If anyone has some information about this officer please let me know. I found these items in Massachusetts.
