anton67 Posted July 1, 2015 Share #1 Posted July 1, 2015 Picked this one up on ebay. It is a fixed loop USN helmet named (helmet and liner clearly named) to Wallace Schur a WWII USN vet. Schur was from PA and is currently burred there. How his helmet ended up in Lexington, South Carolina I have no idea. It will be back in PA again in a few days with me. Here is the helmet. Since the seller was selling a variety of militaria and had two other helmets for sale he is probably selling items from either their collection or for someone else.
