Aperfectghost Posted January 30, 2015 Share #1 Posted January 30, 2015 We Found several patches some on military shirts from around the 50s 60s era , and few others that are loose. I need some help ID ing them.
ArtyScout Posted January 30, 2015 Share #2 Posted January 30, 2015 Well definitely the top left is Airborne/Special Forces but I can't find the exact unit. Top right is the 420th Engineers, bottom right is the 35th Infantry Division and I don't know what the bottom one is, but I'll keep looking. The US Army has patches for anything. Semper Fi. quack Posted January 30, 2015 Share #3 Posted January 30, 2015 Top one is 172nd Infantry Brigade (in Alaska in the 1970s). I'm leery about the other 3 shirts-- That stitching is so ugly-- and it all looks the same. I would wonder if these were made-up. Third one is 35th Infantry Division. I've seen the other 2, but can't remember what they are-- guess I'm getting old.
