We routinely fed them left overs from the lunch meals. They would jump up on the lowered stern gate to eat. Chris Thank you for your history(story) on the sea-lions, I find her(it) very nice. After 46 years of service, the Denver was decommissioned at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam on 14 August 2014. OGDEN was the mother ship during the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill spending 2 months onsite in 1989.
