Does anyone know what the abbreviation N.A.R.T.S. stands for? I found a USN Deck Jacket with that printed on the back. Any ideas?

Naval Air Reserve Training Station was a designation given to some Navy bases at the end of WWII, but there was also the Naval Air Rocket Test Station in Lake Denmark, NJ.
